These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Beauty Manila is operated as a beauty salon directory and AI-powered concierge service for the Metro Manila, Philippines area.

Beauty Manila provides:

Salon Directory: A curated listing of beauty salons, spas, and wellness centers in Metro Manila. All listings are independently verified but we do not represent or guarantee any specific business practices of listed salons.

AI Concierge (LUNA): An AI-powered recommendation tool that suggests salons based on user preferences. LUNA's recommendations are generated algorithmically and do not constitute professional beauty or medical advice.

Editorial Content: Articles, guides, and reviews about beauty salons and wellness trends in Manila. These represent editorial opinion and are not paid endorsements unless explicitly disclosed.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service without permission; Submit false reviews or ratings about salons listed in our directory; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

Directory accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure salon information (hours, prices, services) is accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee this. Always confirm details directly with the salon before visiting.

Booking process: Beauty Manila facilitates connections to salons via WhatsApp and direct contact links. Actual bookings, appointments, and transactions are conducted directly between you and the salon. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a salon.

No liability for salon services: Beauty Manila is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of services provided by any listed salon. Salon ratings and reviews represent the opinions of contributors and do not constitute recommendations by Beauty Manila.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Beauty Manila and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Beauty Manila. Salon images used on the platform may be subject to the respective salon's or photographer's intellectual property rights.

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content through the Service, you grant Beauty Manila a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beauty Manila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
